Moving swiftly into the depths of Autumn and as all is change, I am excited to invite you back to the mat with Warrior Yoga Sligo in October. The website has had a big facelift to make it easy for you to book and practice with me. However, due to the latest Covid-19 restrictions and the safety of our community, all classes and workshops will be taking place ‘online’ only for the time being.
When you book you will receive an email with your Zoom link to class and a link to YouTube to catch your classes anytime during your course (classes uploaded to YouTube within 24 hours)
The upcoming timetable for October kicks off with the usual suspects:
Monday 5-26 October 8-9pm: Hatha Flow– Be the Support You Need in Times of Change Series
Mixed Level dynamic flow class.
In times of uncertainty where adversity can cause us to contract, find the support you need inside. In this series we find stability and grounding through mindful standing poses to help us be present when all is in flux. We use liver-cleansing twists to purify and release what has gone before so that we can see clearly into our future. We engage and play with core to find the strength deep down to sustain and drive us forward through life’s changes with heartful engagement..
Lose your Monday blues and shake off strains of the day…
Suggested Props: Have a bolster/ pillows, blocks, blanket, strap/belt to hand

Wednesday 7-28 October 8-9 pm: Yin & Tonic – Immune Defence Series 1:
All levels Yin and therapeutic yoga. Use the pose to get into the body and not the body to get into the pose..
This four-week series of classes promotes resilience in the immune system by working intelligently through the organ meridians to support and strengthen flow of Qi and available kidney essence. Using poses, acupressure, breath and mindful connection. You can also find some grounding to lull you over hump day and beyond…
