With my usual take on Yin & Tonic style of yoga, this is a slow paced two- hour Yin and Restorative Yoga practice to include a generous splash of Pranayama breath control techniques to clear and soothe and a large measure of Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) guided meditation .
