Yoga practice for both beginners and those in mind of a slow-paced practice.

Metta Morph is a practice for your body and for every body to nourish and revitalize. Metta is the practice of loving kindness and we embody this as we use co-ordinated breath and movement to develop better interoception and promote a mindful kindful practice with plenty of modifications to tailor-make your yoga to what your body really needs on any given day. We use a fusion of Hatha and Yin to connect and optimize the health benefits from your time on the mat
