Saoirse’s approach seeks to harmonize and regulate bodily systems and draws on yogic disciplines to support the needs of the individual using breath, movement, sound and stillness.

Saoirse’s strong and dynamic Hatha Flow classes use intelligent sequencing, are injected with a sense of play and are accessible to any level of student in search of a physical challenge. Yin and Restorative practices seek to heal the body from the inside utilising the meridians, to soothe and down-regulate the nervous system and awaken interoception in each student through mindfulness of the body and breath. She uses self-massage with therapeutic yoga balls for myofascial release in her Rollease and Restore offerings. Saoirse integrates sound healing practice into her classes.
