Diving into Winter and another round of yoga courses in store to turn up the tapas…..
Upcoming courses include the usual Hatha Flow on Wednesdays starting 8th November, there are two classes to choose from: 7-8:15PM & 8:30-9:45PM.
Flow Yoga classes are enjoyable dynamic alignment-based Hatha with a focus on breath and mindful practice. You will learn the intricacies of mindful yoga practice using balanced action to connect body and mind and explore a sense of joy and wonder in your own boundless potential.
There are a few places left on the last 2 weeks of Yoga for Health & Self Care Thursdays 6-7:15PM. This is a more rounded approach to yoga and looks at different aspects of being with a view to connecting, strengthening, releasing and restoring. This is a more gentle approach to practice than Hatha Flow and suited to most. The course includes plenty of Pranayama (breath control) and more focussed poses and body work to teach you self-care and therapeutic techniques to manage yourself and FEEL BETTER...
