This week- Get centred with an alignment-based class to focus your mind. Working with your breath, you explore poses for balance and stability.


The focus is on balance between muscle groups, gluteal stability and quod strength and the essential spinal alignment and core integration. Always building better awareness of your posture, practices for self-care and helping you FEEL Better included.....

No time to think just feel your way through waves of feel good poses in an invigorating flow. From Wednesday 1st March...

Flow Yoga: Wednesdays 7:15-8:30pm- All Levels Welcome: A dynamic Hatha style flow class including breathwork and relaxation to bring easfullness to body and mind.


Yoga for Men: Wednesdays: 8:45-10pm- All Levels Welcome: Slow and moderately intense Hatha style for your enjoyment- designed to open hips and shoulders, re-ignite your core, release back and sides and ultimately relax body and mind
