Hi Yogis- Please be advised that there are only a few spaces left on New 4-week Hatha Flow courses set to start this coming Wednesday 30th August. These courses are suited to all levels. Hatha Flow is a dynamic form of yoga where we learn to connect body and mind through the breath and dip into a soulful flow. Classes are designed to help you FEEL BETTER....


Wednesday 7:15-8:30PM and 8:45-10PM.


You can PM me for your space. 40 euro for 4 weeks or 14 euro drop in.

Your Body Needs You!!!!....so take a little “me” time and book yourself into Warrior Yoga courses during August at my new Home Studio on Knocknarea, five minutes from Sligo/ Strandhill…..


Upcoming courses for August include my usual take on mindful, alignment-based Hatha Flow style with oodles of therapeutics and self-care thrown-in and a new evening class on Thursdays from the 24th August @ 6-7:15pm- Yoga for Health & Self Care. The motto for this course is:


"Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured." B.K.S. Iyengar


This is a rounded approach to yoga and looks at different aspects of being with a view to connecting, strengthening, releasing and restoring. This is a more gentle approach to practice than Hatha Flow and suited to most. The course includes plenty of Pranayama (breath control) and more focused poses and body work to teach you self-care and therapeutic techniques to manage yourself and FEEL BETTER...


I can only take small numbers at my Home Studio so booking is essential. Either book a course or contact me before a class to drop-in if there's room- you are welcome.

Trisha from Sligo Woodland School asked me to forward her latet message:


During our last Woodland Weekend on the 17th June before the summer hols I have asked Saoirse to come to both morning and afternoon sessions. This will be so much fun, a unique yoga woodland experience and we can make as much noise as we wish in the forest!! So if you are not already booked in please do so before we are fully booked up…


Warrior yoga encourages children to relax and have fun while they are developing not only strength, coordination, flexibility and balance but also body awareness, better focus, concentration and self- confidence. Kids learn best when they are having fun so in Warrior Yoga classes, stories, games, yoga poses, breathing techniques, relaxation and creative visualization allow children to learn in a multi-sensory environment.


ALSO during the summer camps we hope Saoirse will become a regular visitor (she is already booked in for 29th June session)…..
