If you're feeling a little off- balance following the festivities, this is an ideal way to get back on track and re-connect with You. Enhance your capacity for mental clarity and follow through on your New Year's resolutions by regulating the Liver Chi. Find resilience and focus and don't be swayed from your life path by external circumstances. This practice is a springboard from which you can take your intentions into 2018. We also help the body and mind rest and heal from stress and exhaustion


With my usual take on Yin & Tonic style of yoga, this is a slow paced two- hour Yin and Restorative Yoga practice to include a generous splash of Pranayama breath control techniques to clear and soothe and a large measure of Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) guided meditation

Diving into Winter and another round of yoga courses in store to turn up the tapas…..


Upcoming courses include the usual Hatha Flow on Wednesdays starting 8th November, there are two classes to choose from: 7-8:15PM & 8:30-9:45PM.


Flow Yoga classes are enjoyable dynamic alignment-based Hatha with a focus on breath and mindful practice. You will learn the intricacies of mindful yoga practice using balanced action to connect body and mind and explore a sense of joy and wonder in your own boundless potential.


There are a few places left on the last 2 weeks of Yoga for Health & Self Care Thursdays 6-7:15PM. This is a more rounded approach to yoga and looks at different aspects of being with a view to connecting, strengthening, releasing and restoring. This is a more gentle approach to practice than Hatha Flow and suited to most. The course includes plenty of Pranayama (breath control) and more focussed poses and body work to teach you self-care and therapeutic techniques to manage yourself and FEEL BETTER...

Introducing a new course on Thursdays from the 19th October 6-7:15pm- Yoga for Health & Self Care.


This is a more holistic style of yoga and looks at different aspects of being with a view to connecting, strengthening, releasing and restoring. This is a more gentle approach to practice than Hatha Flow and suited to most (if you can peel yourself off the floor- you are good to go!). The course includes plenty of Pranayama (breath control) and more focused poses and body work to teach you self-care and therapeutic techniques to manage yourself and FEEL BETTER...


I can only take small numbers at my Home Studio so booking is essential. Either book a course or contact me before a class to drop-in if there's room- you are welcome.

Stay warm this autumn and get flowing….Hatha Flow is the most popular style of yoga class here on Knocknarea. This is an energetic and dynamic alignment-based class which focuses on breath flow with movement. New Course begins Wednesday 27th September. All levels welcome. Cancellation Policy:

Courses are run on a term basis. Preference is given to those wishing to attend a full term of classes. Drop- in rate of €14 is available if there is space in a class. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. If you miss a class and provide a minimum 24 hours’ notice, you can attend another class within the period of your paid course, if there is space available. Places are not transferable.

In response to your positive feedback and wonderful support of Warrior Yoga since opening, I would like to introduce a new Friday evening class from 15th September 6-7:15PM to the schedule at my new Home Studio on Knocknarea, five minutes from Sligo/ Strandhill…..


Instead of re-inventing the Yoga wheel, I’d like to give you more of what you like…a yoga practice to nurture, energize and restore body and mind and make you FEEL GOOD. Together we will explore the realms of pranayama (breath control), asana (yoga poses) and mindfulness.


In addition, the new class on Thursdays is set to continue from the 21st September @ 6-7:15pm- Yoga for Health & Self Care. The motto for this course is:


“Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured." Iyengar
