Autumn is here and it’s a perfect time to enrol in some Warrior Yoga Classes on Knocknarea to renew and revive body and mind…

Flow Yoga is a dynamic and enjoyable form of yoga for strength- balance and flexibility. FEEL Better.. step into the flow..(active class for all levels)


Yin Yoga is a slow and deep form of practice which is ideal for everybody but particularly those with less ease in the joints. Yin Yoga nurtures the deep connective and myofascial tissues, so it is also ideal for athletes too. It works deeply into the organs addressing imbalances via stimulation of the meridians and permits the smooth flow of life-giving Chi in the practitioner. Yin practice is meditative and uses both pranayama and mindful techniques to ease stress and heal body and mind. Restorative yoga beautifully compliments Yin in its deeply restful and supportive action promoting relaxation and healing


I can only take small numbers at my Home Studio so booking is essential. Either book a course or contact me before a class to drop-in if there's room- you are welcome.

Classes @ Home Studio, Moon Hill Lodge, Knocknarea, F91 KW66, Sligo (ask me for directions when you book🙏)-Classes Suit Most Levels- as long as you can pick yourself off the floor- you’re good to go!


Course cost: 4 weeks €40 or €14 drop-in (Prior Booking Only). Numbers Limited. So please book early to avoid disappointment.

Restorative and Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) Workshop on Friday 13th April 7-9pm. Cost €25 Euro. Early bird booking by Wednesday 4th April €20.


Restorative Yoga is slow and therapeutic. The body is placed in supported poses for several minutes using props such as blocks, pillows, bolsters and belts. Poses are designed to enable the practitioner to relax and unwind. Yoga Nidra is ideal for those suffering from stressful lives, exhaustion and insomnia. It is a powerful and meditative practice used to align body with mind to enable restfulness, healing and total relaxation.

Courage to Connect to the Present: A Backbend Workshop

10-12PM Sat 3rd February 2018

@ Moon Hill Lodge, Knocknarea



Find the courage to connect with the present moment and whatever life throws your way by reaching into your heart and embracing the self that is present there. We prepare for the freedom of backbends by releasing holding in the hips and melting the armour around the heart and shoulders to allow us dive into backbends with courage and grace. This is a slow-paced practice based on my Yin & Tonic style with a wonderful long relaxation and meditation. Includes pranayama, the use of mudra and mantra

This workshop is suited to most as long as you can pick yourself up off the floor

If you're feeling a little off- balance following the festivities, this is an ideal way to get back on track. Enhance your capacity for mental clarity and follow through on your New Year's resolutions by regulating the Liver chi. Find resilience & focus and don't be swayed from your life path by external circumstances. This practice is a springboard from which you can take your intentions into 2018. We also help the body and mind rest and heal from stress and exhaustion


With my usual take on Yin & Tonic style of yoga, this is a slow paced two- hour Yin and Restorative Yoga practice to include a generous splash of Pranayama breath control techniques to clear and soothe and a large measure of Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) guided meditation .
