Yin Yoga is a slow and deep form of practice which is ideal for everybody but particularly those with less ease in the joints. Yin Yoga nurtures the deep connective and myofascial tissues, so it is also ideal for athletes too. It works deeply into the organs addressing imbalances via stimulation of the meridians and permits the smooth flow of life-giving Chi in the practitioner. Yin practice is meditative and uses both pranayama and mindful techniques to ease stress and heal body and mind. Restorative yoga beautifully compliments Yin in its deeply restful and supportive action promoting relaxation and healing
I can only take small numbers at my Home Studio so booking is essential. Either book a course or contact me before a class to drop-in if there's room- you are welcome.
Classes @ Home Studio, Moon Hill Lodge, Knocknarea, F91 KW66, Sligo (ask me for directions when you book🙏)-Classes Suit Most Levels- as long as you can pick yourself off the floor- you’re good to go!
Course cost: 4 weeks €40 or €14 drop-in (Prior Booking Only). Numbers Limited. So please book early to avoid disappointment.
