Introducing a new course on Thursdays from the 19th October 6-7:15pm- Yoga for Health & Self Care.
This is a more holistic style of yoga and looks at different aspects of being with a view to connecting, strengthening, releasing and restoring. This is a more gentle approach to practice than Hatha Flow and suited to most (if you can peel yourself off the floor- you are good to go!). The course includes plenty of Pranayama (breath control) and more focused poses and body work to teach you self-care and therapeutic techniques to manage yourself and FEEL BETTER...
I can only take small numbers at my Home Studio so booking is essential. Either book a course or contact me before a class to drop-in if there's room- you are welcome.
